We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible accessories, all sales are final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Sealed Trading Card Products

Many Pokémon and trading card products are factory sealed. Please note:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging or plastic wrap, including small tears, scuffs, wrinkles, or looseness, may occur during transport or handling

  • These cosmetic issues do not affect the contents or authenticity of the product

  • Products with minor seal imperfections are still considered sealed

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging or plastic seals.

Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.

By purchasing sealed trading card products, you acknowledge that factory sealing and packaging conditions may vary and that minor cosmetic imperfections do not constitute a fault.

Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold as described and photographed.

  • All grading is performed by third-party grading companies such as PSA, TAG, and CGC

  • Grading outcomes are opinions issued by those companies

  • Minor marks or scuffs on slabs may occur during the grading or encapsulation process

No returns or refunds are offered for graded cards due to grading expectations or personal opinions.

Accessories (Including 3D Printed and Acrylic Products)

Accessories, including 3D printed stands, acrylic protectors, and display products, are non-returnable.

  • Minor surface marks, layer lines, or finish variations may be present due to the manufacturing process

  • Colour variations may occur between batches or product photos

These characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is genuinely faulty, please contact us at info@trieustradingcards.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the issue.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
