All products sold are guaranteed authentic unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Packaging and Presentation

By purchasing sealed trading card products, you acknowledge that factory packaging and sealing conditions may vary. Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging do not constitute damage or grounds for a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Trieu’s Trading Cards is not liable for:

• Minor cosmetic damage to packaging during transit

• Courier delays or delivery disruptions

• Differences in grading expectations or collector opinions

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
